During this school year, if you have sent medication(s) to school for you child:

These medications are stored in the nurse’s office as required by federal, state and local regulations and policies.

You, or an adult that you designate, should pick up the medicine on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday before the end of school.  If you designate another adult to pick up the medicine, you must send a written note, authorizing that person to pick up the medication.

  • If your child has medicine(s) for asthma or anaphylaxis at school, you and I will need to determine a reasonable number of doses to leave at school.

Ø  Medication will not be released to a student.

Ø  Medication not picked up by the end of school on May 30 will be taken to the Stephenville Police Department for destruction.
